The liner dimensions are according to their website 16.75" L x 3" W x 2.625" H. The liner capacity is 52.76 Ounces - 3.30 Pounds of Oils. The finished loaf should give you 16 - 1inch bars of soap but that depends on the size of your soap cutter.
