Benefits of Tumeric

Hey yall heyy! I've been googling about the benefits of using Tumeric in foods and on the skin. I've been cooking with tumeric for some years now and I made a tumeric soap last year, which I almost forgot about lol. Anyhoo, I came across this article and thought it might be helpful. Enjoy!
